Had this beer for the first time a couple weeks ago randomly, because Lauren wanted “something in a green bottle”
It was expensive, but very smooth and delicious. Highlight came last weekend when we stopped by Capitol Liquor on howell mill and they mistakenly had their 6 packs of 12 oz bavaria priced at …. $4.99. The 12 packs were $10. The cashier realized the mistake exactly 4 seconds after I’d signed the receipt, so we all got a good laugh as I was walking out the door (except for the cashier, he didn’t find it funny).

In the Netherlands this is about the cheapest brand you can buy, apart from homebrew brands. It’s a lot cheaper then Heineken. Nothing wrong with it though. Drink it myself ans its non-alholic-version is very good too. A crate with 12 refund bottles 0.3 liters costs around 4 Euro. look here (in dutch)
