I can’t say whether or not I really every knew that.  I love oranges but they are such a mess to peel and eat, the juice always gets on my hands.  Someone in my office just came by and randomly gave me a clementine for some reason though, so I went for it.

The rind just separates like it was made to do it.  Now I’m full and my hands are dry.  This is wonderful!
